1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Artful (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Devomech (“we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Artful is an AI-based image generation app that allows users to create digital artwork using text prompts or images from their gallery.

The App offers both:

  • Free access (with ads)

  • Subscription plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly (ad-free experience and additional features)

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store using your linked account.

  • Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Play Store or App Store account settings.

  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused periods.

For billing issues, please contact your respective app store’s support.

4. Ads and Monetization

  • Artful displays AdMob ads only for users on the free plan.

  • Paid subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

  • Ad content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for any external content or links displayed in ads.

5. User Content and Generated Images

  • You may upload images and provide prompts to generate artwork.

  • Generated images are not stored permanently by Devomech; they are processed temporarily to provide results.

  • You retain rights to the content you create using the App. However, you are responsible for ensuring your prompts or uploads do not violate laws or intellectual property rights.

  • You may not use the App to generate, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App and all related technology, design, and branding are the property of Devomech.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Artful for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, or redistributing the App or its components is strictly prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s operation.

  • Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

  • Upload or generate content that contains nudity, violence, hate speech, or other inappropriate material.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use of the App, nor accuracy or reliability of results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devomech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Third-Party Services

Artful may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., AdMob, payment processors, analytics tools).
Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
